The Sanctuary Needs Help to Grow: As the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary grows to meet the demands of the community, new projects are always taking shape. However, in order to make these projects a reality, the Sanctuary needs the support and involvement of people and businesses from the local community. We need your support! Please become involved and help the Sanctuary reach its goal of creating a "sanctuary" for both wildlife and people. Below are the items that are currently on the Sanctuary's "Wish List": Wildlife Rescue Vehicle (Mini-van, S-10 Blazer, etc.) Salary for Wildlife Rescue Personnel Volunteers to help in our gift shop Wildlife Rescue Boat (15'-17' open fisherman, flats boat, etc.) Electric or gas pressure sprayer Storage Shed Salary for Education Specialist Walk-in Refrigerator/Freezer Hand and/or Power Tools ATV or Golf Cart Dry Dog Food, Cat Food & Bird Seed Animal Carriers Aquariums & Equipment Housing for Student Interns (Trailer, guest house, apartment, extra room) Books for our new nature library (nature books, kid's books, and field guides) Portable TV, VCR, & Video Camera Education Equipment (Microscopes, computers, binoculars, etc.) Utility Trailer Cleaning Supplies (Bleach, laundry detergent, paper towels.)
