Handicapped Accessible? Yes, in some areas. There are many areas with uneven ground that would not be convenient for wheelchairs.
Cost: None.
Description: Burt Reynolds East is home of the Florida History Center & Museum. There are boat ramps, fishing areas and a few picnic tables near the water (part of the Intercoastal). More picnic tables are scattered along the car path that surrounds the park. There are some shaded areas, and some private picnic areas, but no playground equipment. They are currently constructing a new Fire Station, so a lot of the area is detoured around the new building.
Burt Reynolds Park West is the home of the Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach Chamber of Commerce. There are boat ramps here as well, and picnic tables, but no playground equipment.
What will parents like most? Probably the picnic areas. They are pretty well-spaced so you can have a nice quiet time, except for when cars drive past along the path.
What will kids like most? There are many places to explore in the park, and kids will love playing near the water and watching the boats and birds.
Website: None known.
